- 2 Personal Prenatal Visits (2 hours each)
- Freezer Meal Prep Day (4 hours)
- In Person Labour and Birth Support
- Return Home Visit (2 hours)
- Daily check-ins with your Doula for the first 2 weeks postpartum
- Every other day check-ins with your Doula for the next 4 weeks postpartum
- Access to Rain or Shine's labour tools including pool, rebozo, TENS, and many more
- Online portal with full access to Rain or Shine's resource library

After Baby is born, you may have realized that Doulas exist, or plans change and having a Doula may be right for your family. Don't worry! A Rain or Shine Doula can be at your house in Edmonton with only 48 hours notice! No, seriously...we know sometimes support is needed and it's needed NOW! Postpartum packages do exist but keep in mind there is an a la cart offering if there is something different in mind.
Postpartum hours are billed weekly to our clients because sometimes needs change, and we will too! Please take a look at the packages and just know if there is another suggestion you have, we would love to accommodate! Click the link below to chat!

1 Overnight & 1 Daytime Visit Weekly
Includes: - Daily check-ins with your Doula for the first 2 weeks postpartum - Every other day check-ins with your Doula for the next 4 weeks postpartum - 8 hour Overnight visit per week - 4 hour Daytime visit per week Weeks with your Doula: 6 Support Hours: 81 Investment: This package includes an initial deposit of 30% and the remainder is billed on a weekly basis As of October 1, 2024 we are offering a $250 discount for this package $2,330 is the new price until the new year $2,835 effective January 1, 2025 |
2 Daytime Visits Weekly
Includes: - Daily check-ins with your Doula for the first 2 weeks postpartum - Every other day check-ins with your Doula for the next 4 weeks postpartum - Two 4-hour Daytime visits per week Weeks with your Doula: 6 Support Hours: 81 Investment: This package includes an initial deposit of 30% and the remainder is billed on a weekly basis As of October 1, 2024 we are offering a $250 discount for this package $1,288 is the new price until the new year $1,800 effective January 1, 2025 |
